Lucy Pistolas Joven is made with wild agave Salmiana that takes 10 to 12 years to reach maturity. It is produced in the Valley of San Francisco, Guanajuato. The agaves are cooked in an above ground masonry oven, crushed by tahona, and single-distilled in a copper alembic still.
Lucy Pistolas Mezcal is a brand founded in collaboration with the Fábrica that makes this mezcal and women who believe in the mission of bringing awareness to the importance of women’s roles not only in the tradition of making mezcal but also in society.
