Fermented using native yeasts and bottled unfiltered and unfined, with minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process. The wine has notes of dried apricots, orange zest, and wildflowers. Flavors of stone fruits, citrus, and a hint of spice, with a balanced acidity and a textured mouthfeel.
