Domaine St. Vincent is expertly crafted by Gruet with grapes grown in New Mexico, California, and Washington. The base wine is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Gris, and the secondary fermentation took place in bottle. This Brut NV is lovely: you will find it to be light and lemony with green apple and a subtle deeper note of yeasty white bread. It is dry with delicate bubbles.
