This flagship rum has aromas of sultanas, chocolate, Christmas cake, and gingerbread. On the palate, it's rich and buttery with notes of cocoa, vanilla, oaky spice, brandy, plums, and pepper. The finish is long and subtle, with notes of sweet coffee, Demerara sugar, and orange zest. Some say it has a slightly dry, nutty finish with sweetness.
