Aperitif made in the south of France that has a combination of bitter and sweet. On the nose, ground turmeric, cardamom, orange zest, menthol, pine, and eucalyptus. On the palate, gentian root bitterness, subtle sweetness, fresh zestiness, menthol, pine, eucalyptus, and faint liquorice.
