An exceptional sparkler from the renowned Brézé commune in Saumur, a terroir celebrated for its exceptional Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc.

Composed mostly of Chenin Blanc (75%), it is judiciously blended with Chardonnay to enhance its texture and complexity. The Chardonnay serves to soften the naturally tense character of the Chenin Blanc, sourced from the coldest sites on this already chilly hillside, resulting in a wine of remarkable balance and finesse.
