A very fresh-toned, dry, and succulent expression of Verdicchio, with a mineral lift to the pomelo and green apple aromas. Pure and very elegant on the palate with a pithy, mouthwatering finish. Light but not boring, which shows a gastronomic quality and purity.

Certified organic, some biodynamic practices, limestone and clay soil, 400 foot elevation, fermented 15 days in stainless steel and concrete and aged on lees for 6 months before bottling.
