2024 Tibaldi Favorita

100% Favorita, a very closely relative of Vermentino considered native to Piemonte. White flowers and acacia are accompanied by citrus, specifically lemon and grapefruit, and followed by green apple and white peach. Thanks to longer maturation on the lees, this wine has an elegant and delicate texture, with flavors of lemon and lime intertwined with juicy pear and apricot. Pleasant acidity and subtle saline minerality, reminiscent of bright lime zest, adds to its balance and sophistication.
