2024 Cantina LaSelva Vermentino

Tuscany, Italy. 100% Vermentino. Biodynamic. 
Bright, fresh, and distinctly coastal. This Vermentino comes from vineyards in Magliano in Toscana, a part of the Maremma region known for its sea-breeze influence and vivid aromatics. Hand-harvested, fermented cool, and aged on the lees for six months to build texture and depth. Straw yellow in the glass with aromas of citrus, peach, and yellow flowers, it’s full-bodied yet crisp, finishing long and savory. Perfect with shellfish, vegetable dishes, or an easygoing aperitivo.
