2023 Wolff Ette

Ette is a white wine produced by Summer Wolff in Montaldo di Cellina, Piedmont. The Baratuciat grapes come from clay-limestone soils at 250 meters above sea level, ferment spontaneously in concrete with indigenous yeasts and macerate for 9 days on the skins. The refinement always takes place in concrete for a few months. The wine is bottled without filtration or clarification and rests for a year in glass. It is an expressive and harmonious, aromatic and super drinkable wine, the nose is dominated by citrus and floral scents. Ette is the diminutive of Ettore, the second son of Fabrizio and Summer.
