2023 Sophie Schaal Pinot Noir

It has a dark and deep red colour with garnet glints.

The nose has delicious aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry) with notes of vanilla.

The palate is supple and balanced, reproducing the fruitiness of wild berries. Silky tannins structure the wine providing harmony and length. 

Red meats and game call for red Alsace Pinot Noirs revealing dark red color and intense cherry flavors. It also pairs well with white meats, poultry, and international cuisines such as Middle Eastern and Moroccan dishes (humus, tabouleh, lamb tagine and couscous).
