Scopa Siciliane bianco is an organic white farmed in Partinico, province of Palermo. The soil the vines grow on is a mix of sand, loam, and clay giving it a minerality and acidity that blends beautifully with the wines' flavor profile of apricots, anise, mint, and almond.
