"The cooperative behind Ercole specializes in managing vineyards with 30 to 50-year-old vines. All growers align with the European Union's sustainable agriculture standards, known as "lotta integrata" or "lutte raisonnée". Many of these cultivators have achieved organic certification. Importantly, they avoid systemic or chemical treatments, limiting their use to minimal copper and sulfur applications. The entire process of making Ercole, from vinification to bottling, meets certified vegan standards, ensuring a wine that is authentic to its roots and environmentally conscious."
