This captivating Carignan from the Corbières region in Languedoc-Roussillon, France, showcases the unique character of the Boutenac terroir.  The nose entices with aromas of wild berries, delicate florals, and a hint of spice. On the palate, 'Le Virevoltant' ("The Twirling One") is vibrant and energetic, offering juicy red fruit flavors, supple tannins, and refreshing acidity.  The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of red fruit and earthy spice.

Les Équilibristes ("The Tightrope Walkers") partners with small-scale growers who practice organic viticulture. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in a combination of vats and amphorae. This minimal intervention approach allows the wine to express its true terroir.
